Refund Policy

1. WARRANTY
  • Our product feature a 2-day Warranty regarding factory fault.
  • RussoMart.com Invoice number must be provided in order to proceed.
2. RETURNS
  • We accept return or exchange only against defective items.
    If a wrong product is delivered or it is defective then it has to be informed to us with images within 48 hours after delivery.
  • Email us with a description of the issue along with product image and order details.
  • All items sold cannot be returned unless.

3. REFUND
  • You will be acknowledge the receipt of your item via email once we receive it. On inspection of the item, you will be informed about approval or rejection of your refund via email. In case of approval, your refund will be processes via bank transfer or cash in some cases. In case of rejection, same products will ship back on your shipment address.
4. EXCHANGE

Only defective or damaged items are exchanged. To exchange with the same item, send us and exchange request on indiabeddings@gmail.com
